• Once a refund is issued, your IPTV credentials will be deactivated

4. Conditions

• The 72-hour refund window begins from the moment of purchase, not from activation
• Only the first subscription per customer is eligible for the money-back guarantee
• Refund requests made after the 72-hour period will not be honoured
• Abuse of the refund policy (e.g. repeated purchases and refund requests) may result in the refusal of future service

5. Free Trial

Our free trial does not require any payment and therefore is not subject to this refund policy. The free trial provides full access to our service with no obligation to subscribe.

6. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. If you choose to renew your subscription manually after the initial period, the 72-hour money-back guarantee applies to the renewal as a new purchase.
